Arrival
- Spa Appointments
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled services
- Groups should arrive 30 minutes before their first scheduled appointment
- If you arrive late we will make every attempt to accommodate you, however, you may not be able
to enjoy your FULL service time - At our discretion, lateness may result in modification or elimination of services
- Salon Appointments
- New clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled services
Cancellations
- We understand cancellations
- All we ask is that you contact us as soon as possible to cancel your scheduled service(s)
- Your promptness is appreciated
- And don't forget to reschedule your appointment
Cell Phones
- In a salon and spa?
- Our clients enjoy their tranquility and solitude
- So please be considerate
- Before entering our building, turn off your cell phone
- If you must use your cell phone, please do not make calls inside our building
- Instead, feel free to use our garden in the front of the building
Children
- In a salon and spa?
- For safety, legal, and insurance purposes, children are not permitted in the salon or the spa when
an adult is receiving services
- Only children receiving services are allowed in the salon
- Children receiving services in the salon must be accompanied by an adult
- Of course, jumping on the furniture or running up and down the spa's stairs is never allowed
- To keep your child comfortable, content and busy, feel free to bring some favorite books or other
quiet activities while he/she is waiting for services
Prices
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and your personal check
Gratuities
- Gratuities are not included in the price of services; 15% - 20% is customary
- Gratuity envelopes are located at our reception desks for your convenience
- We can not add gratuities to your credit card
